Bio: Yhea tr'Aanikh*

Yhea was born the equivalent of 50 earth years ago (young in vulcanoid terms). He was born on ch'Rihan, homeworld of the Romulan Empire, in the capitol city of Ra'tleihfi. The AAnikh family dates back to the founding of ch'Rihan. His di'ranov or father is a Deihu, a high senator of the senate. As such his family has had much influence within the empire. Yhea had the best schooling on ch'Rihan due to his social position. As such he is above the typical naval officer in intelligence and decorum. He became fascinated by humans at an early age which would later influence his decision to enter the Imperial Fleet. Due to his station in life Yhea should most likely have served in a political role such as Deihu or an Liairhi (ambassador). However, he felt he would most likely be able to study humans in the military, specifically as a starship commander. Yhea entered the Imperial Star Academy and graduated with high honors on his own merit (without the help of any favors). Upon graduation he quickly rose through the ranks of the Fleet. His first command was of a twelve-man scout ship. After distinguishing himself by defeating a band of Orion Pirates he was promoted to command of a Science vessel. He served onboard the science vessel IRV Fethraie for 5 earth years before being transferred to a D'Deridex class warbird as a part of it's command staff. After 2 years service onboard the IRV Korthre he applied for replacement command of the only Romulan vessel in Bravo Fleet, the IRV Rakata.
